The UL Lafayette College of Engineering and Louisiana Engineering Society (LES), hosted the annual Engineering and Technology Expo on March 27, 2019.

The event brought together hundreds of local high school students as well as companies in all fields of engineering. The UL engineering undergraduate and graduate students worked hard to make this a great event!

The E&T Week Awards Banquet held on Friday, March 29, closed with a celebration of events that happened throughout the week, including competitions within the departments of engineering. The guest speak was Apollo 13 astronaut, Fred Hayes. Mechanical Engineering was proud to bring home several awards including Department of the Year for the third consecutive year!
