Metals Manufacturing Laboratory

This lab is used by students to fabricate various projects. Available equipment consists of stick, MIG, and TIG welding machines, plasma cutter, oxy-acetylene torch, drill press, horizontal and vertical band saws and grinders.
Also located in Rougeau Hall are the Apparel Computer Integrated Manufacturing Center (A-CIM), which conducts research in automation for the apparel industry, and the Louisiana Productivity Center (LPC), whose activities include the study of plastics injection molding.
